Color affects us all in many ways from what we wear to the food we eat. Black is both associated with elegance, power and sophistication, as well as rebellion, fear, intimidation and the occult. Whereas another neutral color, white is associated with perfection, innocence, purity and cleanliness.
Surrounding yourself by the color black could helps increase the ability to resist negative emotions and makes us feel secure and protected, while surrounding yourself with white can have a calming effect, that promotes compassion and spirituality.
Naturally black foods are packed with anthocyanins, antioxidant rich pigments that produce the deep colors, they can help prevent cancer, improve heart health and make your skin glow and there are many options here to try.

NEUTRAL TONES: CLOTHING
I love music and playing records. I have collected and inherited from my grandparents and parents and enjoy exploring my music heritage. I loved incorporating them into my neutral tones portrait. Here’s more about wearing black.
Elegance, sophistication, death, rebellion, wearing black is a powerful color.
In modern western culture black is the color of mourning, formally worn at funeral. Its also worn at other formal events and occasions, famously so, the Little Black Dress is a staple in western wardrobes.
In Africa black represents maturity and masculinity. In the Middle East black can symbolize the end and beginning of life- death and rebirth.
Understanding what colors mean in other cultures can help us to connect to our increasingly global world.

The Third-Eye Chakra is associated with Indigo and will be used on our Neutral Tones day, because nothing’s perfect. By healing and balancing this chakra we are able to focus more clearly, move towards a healthy mindset and achieve our goals with a presence of mind and focus.
